The Whiteflag Protocol allows organisations to notify others of their planned and ongoing activities, digitally and in real-time, for more effective aid and military deconfliction.

This can also be used to communicate information about natural and man-made disasters, thus creating shared situational awareness beyond conflicts. The signs and signals can be securely communicated using a decentralised protocol, the Whiteflag Protocol, that describes a trusted messaging network for disaster & conflict areas.

The underlying blockchain secures the Whiteflag messages and ensures Whiteflag is neutral and cannot be controlled or manipulated, enabling a trusted global messaging/communications network.

Additionally, the protocol provides means for authentication and message encryption.

Its code sequentially makes visible a multitude of livestreaming webcams openly connected to the internet.

Life on Earth, live... a viewing portal for accessing a continuous livestream of unedited and unmanipulated audiovisual recordings of places on the Earth.
It is accessible via the internet or by visiting exhibitions where the system is built on location.

QRL is a security-oriented blockchain platform, secured by XMSS (eXtended Merkle Signature Scheme). XMSS is a NIST-approved post-quantum secure cryptographic digital signature scheme.

QRL is the first industrial implementation to utilize IETF specified XMSS; a hash-based, forward secure signature scheme with minimal security assumptions and reusable addresses that comes with NIST approval.

In 2001, Inger Indolia set out on a small tour with several other Dutch bands, who'd formed the so-called "Dutch Black Metal Package". (Black Metal is the typically 90's style of dark and fast "heavy metal music" primarily distinguished by one theme, attitude and inspiration - and of which it is the celebration: independence, i.e. thinking for yourself, not following anything)

This video recording is from one of the shows from this tour. The band was promoting the "Hexed Forgotten Sanctuaries" album, and writing for "Sycosynthesis" was already underway. (Transcoded from VHS tape)
